Construction of Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ:TSLA)’s unique “Supercharger” concept, featuring a drive-in movie theater and diner, is steadily progressing in Los Angeles.

The electric vehicle giant broke ground on the project just a few months ago, in late September, reported Teslarati. The project has been the subject of much discussion for several years.

Recent images shared by user Ed Howard reveal that the development at the 7001 W. Santa Monica Boulevard site is well underway. The site is slated to be outfitted with 32 charging stalls, a pair of movie screens, and a rooftop restaurant.
